Assess and track program and project risks across cost, schedule, and performance. Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation plans; gather and validate risk data from program teams; produce narrative, graphic, and oral briefings and reports; conduct qualitative/quantitative assessments; monitor mitigation actions and support continuous improvement.

Lead organizational change efforts for a large federal agency by assessing readiness, designing future-state organizational structures, developing communication and adoption plans, applying behavioral assessments, delivering training/adoption programs, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring quality deliverables to drive sustainable transformation.

Lead planning and execution of system integration, regression, and UAT for Momentum ERP implementations. Develop and run manual and automated test scripts, ensure 100% requirements traceability, manage defect logs, validate federal compliance (Section 508, TRM, VIP), mentor junior testers, and coordinate testing activities with government stakeholders and other vendors.
