Design low-voltage electrical systems (control panels, MCCs, VFD panels) for refinery/oil & gas clients. Prepare scopes, schematics, three-line diagrams, PLC I/O, panel layouts, BOMs, cable schedules, and construction scopes. Support field installation, start-ups, client bid walks, and mentor junior engineers while following safety, codes, and company standards.

Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based industrial control systems. Develop PLC code and HMI/SCADA graphics, prepare functional and test specifications, perform factory acceptance testing, and support on-site commissioning, start-up, and control system upgrades or expansions.

Lead full lifecycle of major industrial capital projects from pursuit and proposal through execution, construction, and closeout. Own client relationships, project profitability, risk and contract management, safety, and team leadership. Drive proposal development, governance reviews, change order resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Travel to client sites as required.
