Manage delinquent consumer, commercial, credit card, and mortgage loans to minimize losses. Contact members, design repayment plans, process charge-offs, coordinate repossessions and legal actions, maintain collection records and reports, and collaborate with Asset Recovery, legal counsel, and internal departments to protect Credit Union assets.

Analyze and underwrite business and commercial loan requests, spread financial statements, prepare cash flow and ratio analyses, assign risk ratings, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, monitor existing portfolios, perform credit reviews and collateral inspections, and support loan committee presentations and credit training.

Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and video content using Articulate 360 and Adobe tools. Build assessments, maintain LMS content (ECUniversity), support enterprise digital learning and compliance programs, provide trainer/manager support, produce and edit training videos, and maintain instructional design best practices while supporting remote training initiatives.
