One-year fellowship supporting integrated performance science across U.S. Soccer programs. Duties include athlete profiling, testing, monitoring, data management, dashboarding, translating research into practice, assisting education initiatives, and using VALD and athlete management technologies to generate actionable insights for coaches and multidisciplinary staff.

Lead U.S. Soccer's women's college scouting program: identify, track, and recommend NCAA players U17–U23; build and manage a nationwide scouting network; produce reports and video clips; maintain monitoring systems and data dashboards; collaborate with coaches and Talent ID stakeholders; attend key events and support selection processes.

Support content intake, project tracking, and production logistics across video, photography and post teams. Manage media asset systems (Iconik, PhotoShelter), tagging, metadata, archival workflows, and asset retrieval. Coordinate timelines, vendors, equipment, and stakeholders to ensure projects move from intake through delivery and archiving.

Lead design and delivery of reusable full-stack platform capabilities for Soccer Services and Learning Center. Build frontend and backend components, APIs, data models, integrations, and observability. Provide technical leadership through architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, manage incidents, and partner with product and stakeholders on roadmaps and delivery while ensuring security, accessibility, and performance.

Build and maintain reusable full-stack platform components and services for education, membership, and operations. Deliver accessible, responsive UIs and backend APIs, integrate identity/content systems, ensure security, reliability, observability, and operate production services end-to-end while collaborating with product, design, and operations teams.

Own the Salesforce platform roadmap and backlog as product manager. Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate Agile ceremonies in JIRA, manage projects end-to-end, coordinate admins/developers/vendors, deliver integrations, and establish governance for data integrity, user adoption, and change management while partnering with advancement, finance, and program teams.

Lead CRM strategy and execution to drive personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, paid). Own segmentation, automation, measurement, and integrations across CRM, CDP, and analytics. Mentor lifecycle marketing manager, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize campaigns to grow engagement, retention, ticket sales, memberships, and sponsorship revenue.
