Support and improve quality systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Oversee inspections across incoming, in-process, and finished goods, perform root-cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, track quality metrics using statistical methods, lead improvement projects, manage customer returns and supplier corrective actions, participate in audits, maintain quality documentation, and coach production staff on inspection techniques and standards.
