Remote Business Manager overseeing resident financials and audits for 1500–2500 units. Lead multifamily acquisitions in assigned territories (Southeast/Midwest): source deals, underwrite, manage due diligence, negotiate LOIs and closings, coordinate financing and legal, present to Investment Committee, oversee post-acquisition tracking, and manage and mentor acquisitions staff to maintain a robust pipeline and exceed proforma performance.
