Manage operational and analytical components of institutional grants, coordinating proposal preparation, grant administration, reporting, and stewardship. Maintain grant systems and tracking tools, ensure compliance and audit-ready documentation, partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and program teams, and support impact investment reporting and institutional fundraising readiness.

Support day-to-day accounting operations focused on cash activity, gift processing, accounts receivable, and general ledger accuracy. Lead full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for the Foundation and affiliates, including general ledger management, reconciliations, payments and treasury support, audit and tax deliverables, 1099 processing, budget entries, staff guidance, process improvements, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting across entities.

Support full-cycle accounting for the Foundation and affiliates, including journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close, financial reporting, audit and tax support, and impact investing accounting. Document processes, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant records.
