Provide onsite systems administration and help-desk support for NSWC-PD, troubleshooting user systems (including laptops), maintaining information systems per DoD requirements. Serve as the Wing Information Assurance Officer for Advanced Programs, managing security for classified AIS and LAN/WAN systems. Develop and apply DoD/USAF security policy, certify special access AIS, administer network accounts and firewalls, conduct training, inspections, vulnerability assessments, and incident reporting. Provide technical support, configuration oversight, and security briefings to ensure protection of Top Secret/SAP/SCI information and system integrity.

Part-time Senior Task Order Manager overseeing contractor delivery for USCG FOIA and Privacy programs. Responsible for performance tracking, quality oversight, reporting, client liaison, and managing site leads and analysts. Requires hands-on FOIA/privacy experience (request intake, processing, appeals, redaction, exemptions), federal program management, SOP maintenance, and metric tracking. Remote with occasional in-person meetings in Washington, DC.
