Own and operate a Fred Astaire Dance Studio: oversee all studio activities, lead staff, teach and coordinate classes and events (evenings/weekends), engage with students of all ages and skill levels, work with Area Director for training/support, drive community outreach, and manage business growth and promotional activities.

Lead studio operations and oversee private and group classes, staff, and student progress. Provide customer-focused instruction, inspire and manage a team, attend events and competitions, and drive studio growth through training, coaching, and community engagement.

Greet students and visitors, answer questions about accounts and studio activities, maintain organized information, support management and team members, engage prospective clients, schedule and prioritize daily tasks, and deliver outstanding customer service.
