Support the sales team by tracking deficiencies, coordinating quotes, maintaining sales records in ServiceTrade, preparing sales reports, resolving customer inquiries, and organizing marketing events and promotional materials. Manage inventory of marketing materials, log event-generated opportunities in CRM, and assist with customer-facing activities while learning PMA sales processes.

Sell new construction, retrofit, monitoring and tenant-improvement security systems in the Dallas market. Prospect and develop new customers, maintain accounts, negotiate pricing and contracts, up-sell multi-line services, report metrics, and participate in product demonstrations. Support bid-market sales; service and inspection sales experience is a plus.
