Manage the Merchant Payments Index product agenda, including roadmap priorities, use cases, adoption, success measures, and requirements. Partner with data, product, data science, engineering, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to improve functionality and usability. Translate payments trends and market signals into client briefings, insight products, thought leadership, and recommendations. Enable account teams to use MPI in client engagements and identify external datasets and partnerships that strengthen the product.

Lead and scale global, Tier 1 partner relationships across payments and fintechs. Architect partnership strategy and partner-enabled data access (APIs, real-time ingestion), drive commercial impact, and embed partner-driven insights across product, data, and go-to-market teams.

Lead CMSPI’s market intelligence agenda for the payments ecosystem. Translate industry developments, proprietary data, benchmarks, and platform insights into actionable client guidance, briefings, narratives, and thought leadership. Represent the company in executive meetings, sales conversations, events, webinars, and external forums. Collaborate with Product, Data, Partnerships, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and leadership while guiding a small intelligence team and prioritizing client and account demands.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise merchant accounts, identify commercial optimization opportunities using data and payments expertise, own project governance and revenue targets, lead stakeholder engagements, assess contracts/SLAs, coordinate resources, and drive client satisfaction and growth.
