Lead technical and staff management for traffic engineering and transportation planning projects across the New York metro area. Oversee traffic analyses, signal and roadway design, traffic impact and safety studies, multimodal and mobility initiatives, ensure compliance with standards, mentor junior staff, manage budgets/schedules, and support business development and client relations.

Support inspection, condition assessment, analysis, design, and construction support for movable bridges and heavy movable structures. Assist project and lead design engineers, research design options, develop and review mechanical drawings, and document findings for project managers.

Design and inspect electrical systems (power distribution, controls, lighting); prepare plans, specifications, estimates, reports, and memos; review drawings; research design options; perform both office and fieldwork supporting project managers.

Lead project accounting across the project life cycle: set and monitor budgets, produce invoicing and backup, post transactions, review unbilled costs, support audits, advise Project Managers on financial status and contract issues, mentor junior staff, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Manage delivery of medium to moderately complex civil infrastructure projects: define scope, schedule, budget; supervise project teams; track deliverables and finances; ensure compliance with Quality Management Plan and firm technical policies; coordinate proposals, stakeholders, and local transit clients.

Support and execute compliance and QA audits across active engineering projects, track and report KPI data, coordinate corrective actions with senior management and project teams, contribute to continuous improvement of quality management and training efforts.
