Lead multidisciplinary roadway and highway design teams for NJDOT and Turnpike projects. Prepare design plans, calculations, specifications, and permitting documents; manage scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, construction support, traffic control staging, utility and ROW coordination; support business development and client coordination.

Provide traffic signal design, signing and pavement marking design, and traffic analyses (HCS, Synchro, SimTraffic). Prepare traffic impact studies, engineering documents, design reports, and perform internal QC. Coordinate with multi-discipline teams, support regional offices, and mentor junior staff. Manage preparation of contract documents and engineering calculations for bridge and infrastructure projects. Support project managers in tracking progress and budgets, supervise project staff, coordinate multi-discipline teams, interact with clients/stakeholders, prepare scopes/schedules/budgets, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Manage delivery of medium to moderately complex civil infrastructure projects: develop scope, schedule and budget; supervise project teams; track deliverables and finances; ensure technical and quality compliance; coordinate with stakeholders and business units; and support proposals and client interactions.
