Serve as a strategic advisor to Department leadership on philanthropy and high-priority initiatives. Lead project planning and implementation, develop executive materials, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, oversee stakeholder engagement, monitor risks and timelines, and coordinate cross-agency efforts to strengthen public health infrastructure.

Lead Salesforce-focused systems analysis and implementation for partner management and performance applications. Translate public health workflows into technical requirements, coordinate stakeholder meetings, configure Salesforce features, develop reports/dashboards, manage data quality, and support rapid deployment of high-priority initiatives.

Lead PMO activities for a CDC-funded data modernization initiative: develop PMO policies, metrics, templates; support Project/Product Managers; track funding and contracts; produce KPI and status reports; identify and mitigate project risks; ensure accurate project documentation and alignment with PMO standards.

Edit and proofread agency materials for clarity, accuracy, and accessibility; enforce plain language and inclusive framing; copyedit citations in AMA Style; collaborate with Creative Communications and support emergency communications as needed.

Develop, maintain, and migrate BI reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. Perform data analysis, validation, SQL development, and unit testing. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, document designs, manage support/triage, and deliver scalable analytics solutions and documentation.
