Lead the accounting function including monthly/year-end closings, financial reporting and analysis, tax filings, cost accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and financial controls. Manage and mentor the accounting team, partner with owners on strategy and projections, optimize accounting systems (including transitioning platforms), and supplement reporting with Excel-based tools to support accurate, timely financial information.
