Act as the on-property sales lead for a hotel, proactively solicit and close complex, high-revenue accounts and events, achieve personal and team revenue goals, forecast group room and revenue, build customer relationships, create contracts, support Director of Sales, coordinate with operations for event execution, and drive guest satisfaction through service and follow-up.

Lead hotel financial operations including monthly financial statements, cash flow, payroll, budgeting, variance analysis, internal controls, regulatory compliance, audits, and staff supervision. Provide financial guidance to management, prepare required reports (weekly, monthly, annual), monitor revenues/expenses, and execute special projects to safeguard assets and improve profitability.

Manages daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reconciliations, budget monitoring, audit documentation, and HR administration. Supports onboarding, benefits enrollment, employee records, recruitment logistics, scheduling, correspondence, and office systems. Coordinates with contracted accountants, payroll and HR providers, and organizational leadership while maintaining confidential and accurate records.

Provide administrative support for Sales and Catering teams, manage Banquet Event Orders and RFPs, coordinate BEO meetings and event details, maintain Delphi system requirements, prepare sales reports, handle client communications and follow-ups, manage office supplies and sales collateral, and assist with contracts, billing, and event logistics.

Leads all human resources strategy and operations for the hotel, including talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, training, DEI, HR metrics, budgets, and vendor relationships. Partners with senior leadership to strengthen workplace culture, employee engagement, retention, development, and organizational effectiveness.

The Sales and Catering Admin supports Sales and Catering Managers by providing administrative tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing events, and maintaining communication with clients and departments.

Responsible for developing and managing sales activities for groups with 10 rooms or less, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Requires strong customer relations and organizational skills.
