Design and produce interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate child-welfare data. Lead project teams, partner with analysts and IT, translate complex analyses for diverse stakeholders, and train staff on data communication and dashboard use.

Develop, maintain, and modernize secure, scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages, and Web API. Implement secure coding (HIPAA/OWASP), optimized SQL Server database work, audit logging, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders, use Azure DevOps/Git for CI/CD and work tracking, and support migrations to cloud-enabled architectures.

Support the Data Modernization team by administering data infrastructure, building and monitoring ETL pipelines, writing SQL and Python integrations, maintaining databases and APIs, ensuring data security and governance, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, and producing documentation and reports.
