Own relationships with a portfolio of long-term clients, serving as the primary contact and advocate. Communicate project progress, manage expectations, monitor service levels, identify and resolve dissatisfaction, escalate delivery issues, and ensure client priorities are addressed. Identify and develop opportunities for additional services, support renewals, and contribute to account growth while partnering closely with internal delivery teams.
