Lead delivery of complex capital and infrastructure projects from concept to close-out, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective outcomes through governance, risk control, stakeholder engagement, procurement and team leadership.

Manage capital projects across Jersey Water from initiation to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, risk and quality controls. Coordinate internal teams, consultants and contractors, maintain project controls and reporting, support procurement and contract administration, mitigate risks, and complete commissioning, handover and lessons-learned activities.

Provide project administration and coordination for capital delivery: maintain records, track progress, collate data, prepare reports and dashboards, support budget tracking, governance, procurement administration, meeting coordination, and project close-out activities.
