Oversee multiple regional distribution centers focused on performance management, leadership development, SOP adherence, safety, staffing, and operational excellence. Coach RDC leaders, support training and hiring, perform site visits, and drive productivity and customer service improvements.

Lead and develop regional distribution center teams to improve forklift operations, order fulfillment, productivity, and workforce effectiveness. Enforce SOPs and safety, drive continuous improvement, support hiring/training, perform site visits and reporting, and partner with leadership on strategic planning and short-term site management when needed.

Supervise and coach customer service representatives in the regional distribution center office. Manage daily office operations, inbound/outbound shipments, reporting, and customer interactions. Train staff, enforce safety and 5S/lean practices, and liaise with site leadership. Use SAP and Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting. Work Monday–Friday with required flexibility and overtime during peak season.
