Provides HR support for Florence, South Carolina, and Tyler, Texas, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, culture engagement, payroll and benefits support, training, performance management, workers’ compensation coordination, safety participation, and HR reporting. The role advises leaders and employees, manages temporary agency relationships, coordinates events and initiatives, and supports company-wide HR projects.
