Supports the school system’s human resources and employment services functions. Responsibilities include posting vacancies, maintaining personnel and certification records, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring and onboarding, processing leave and employment forms, assisting with E-Verify and background checks, supporting employee qualification reviews, maintaining licenses and certificates, preparing reports, coordinating employee programs, and advising staff and administrators on HR-related matters.

Supports the school district’s human resources department by managing job postings, personnel files, educator certifications, employee leave, hiring processes, interviews, onboarding, background checks, employment documentation, and HR-related inquiries. Coordinates employee services and special projects, prepares reports, assists with compliance requirements including FLSA and FMLA, and supports administrators with recruiting and personnel decisions while maintaining confidentiality.
