Develop and maintain backend microservices, APIs, and an OpenFGA wrapper service for enterprise AI operations. Build cloud-native, event-driven systems on AWS, write unit/integration tests, debug defects, support CI/CD improvements, participate in code reviews, and assist onboarding and documentation.

Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native, containerized Java applications using microservices and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with DevOps/architecture teams to automate CI/CD, optimize performance, apply security best practices, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews to deliver scalable solutions across cloud platforms.

Provide frontline technical assistance and training to users via phone and in person; troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues; install and configure PCs, applications, and peripherals; manage accounts in Active Directory; administer print servers and VDI; perform remote desktop diagnostics and access; follow change management and escalation processes; mentor junior technicians and document ticket updates in ITSM systems.
