Lead and coach a NYC sales team of lead generators and energy advisors to meet energy savings and revenue targets. Manage pipelines, quotas, forecasting, client relationships, training on efficiency measures, coordinate with operations and marketing, and ensure reporting and data compliance.

Support delivery and financial performance of engineering and consulting projects by maintaining schedules, coordinating teams, monitoring budgets, producing reports, ensuring compliance, driving issue escalation, and improving delivery workflows and revenue operations.
