Drive new-product quality through APQP: define requirements, establish test/detection plans, verify process capability, support PV testing, run-at-rate and quality gate reviews. Investigate and resolve quality issues (including customer complaints) through 8D and statistical tools, train teams on standards, and maintain project quality records through SOP+6 months.

Program, debug, and start up PLCs, robots, HMIs and vision/data-collection systems; troubleshoot equipment; support upgrades, documentation, and continuous improvement; collaborate with production, maintenance, suppliers, and IT.

Develop and validate coating and material formulations (inks, pastes, screens); lead automation and inspection projects; troubleshoot process issues; create and maintain work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans; support new product/process design and standardization to meet quality and production targets.

Design, optimize, and control manufacturing processes for automotive glass. Use process simulation, statistical analysis (Minitab), and process control to reduce scrap, improve quality, train staff, document changes, and collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and supply chain.

Lead new materials development, test and qualify supplier materials, manage automation projects, drive process improvements and troubleshooting, and compile/update process documentation and training materials to meet internal and customer standards.

Manage accounts payable and materials control: verify invoices, procurement orders, inventory and fixed assets, prepare material and cost analysis, reconcile supplier accounts, supervise payments and asset procurement, and maintain asset records and depreciation. Support procurement, investigate inconsistencies, and report to Accounting Manager.
