Develop and test new materials, manage automation projects, lead process improvement and troubleshooting, and maintain process documentation. Improve pretreatment product quality and throughput by optimizing production processes, supporting equipment maintenance, collecting and analyzing KPIs, implementing process improvements, supporting new product trials and ramp-up, drafting SOPs, collaborating with production/quality/R&D, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on a 3rd shift manufacturing floor.

Coordinate and supervise construction projects including scheduling, document control, budget preparation and verification, invoice approval, team meetings, and project reporting. Ensure safety compliance and support emergency handling.

Manage assigned customer accounts for new and existing commercial business: lead quotations, negotiate with customers, support program teams commercially, drive profitability, handle receivables/payables reconciliation, represent customer voice, and coordinate customer activities and engineering changes post-SOP.

Manage new automotive glass product launches for OEMs, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, APQP deliverables, customer communications, engineering changes, and on-time deliveries while maintaining program documentation.

Develop and validate coating and material formulations (inks, pastes, screens); lead automation and inspection projects; troubleshoot process issues; create and maintain work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans; support new product/process design and standardization to meet quality and production targets.

Design, implement, and optimize automated systems for an automotive glass manufacturing plant. Program, debug, and start up PLCs, robots, HMIs and vision/data-collection systems; troubleshoot equipment; support upgrades, documentation, and continuous improvement; collaborate with production, maintenance, suppliers, and IT.
