Provides administrative and operational support for the North American marketing team. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars and dashboards, coordinating employee and event travel, managing marketing inventory and warehouse materials, arranging shipments through logistics providers, fulfilling sales and promotional material requests, coordinating vendors and apparel orders, tracking invoices and budgets, and preparing financial reports. The role requires strong organization, Microsoft Office and CRM skills, attention to detail, and occasional travel to industry events.

Coordinates regional hosted events, trade shows, conferences, seminars, virtual events, and product demonstrations. Manages vendors, venues, registrations, logistics, event materials, CRM records, lead distribution, and on-site execution. Supports event promotion through social media, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and branded collateral. Tracks attendance, engagement, lead generation, event ROI, and feedback while collaborating with sales, marketing, speakers, and international teams. Requires approximately four to five annual trips.
