Coordinate end-to-end final-mile transportation across North America, ensuring on-time deliveries, cost control, vendor performance, compliance, and service quality. Manage transport providers, freight quotations, invoices, agreements, and market trends while supporting budgeting and performance reviews. Collaborate with sales, warehouse, planning, and growers to provide delivery updates, customer quotes, and logistics insights.

Provide sales team support by maintaining CRM and customer master data, monitoring sales opportunities and orders, coordinating fulfillment and buffer stock with logistics, supporting T&C signings and IFS audits, compiling market intelligence and customer feedback, and assisting with budgeting, seasonal reviews, and reporting.
