Provide administrative support to department leadership by managing communications, coordinating meetings and logistics, preparing documents and reports, maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards, supporting community engagement, and identifying process improvements. Travel within Missouri required to support leadership meetings.

Design, implement, maintain, and secure enterprise network systems (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, SD-WAN). Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades and backups, coordinate vendors, mentor junior engineers, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation to ensure reliable connectivity across multiple locations.

Assist with network design, capacity planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, documentation, vendor coordination, backups/disaster recovery, and user access management. Support upgrades and provide team guidance while ensuring compliance with privacy and information security standards to enable reliable connectivity for healthcare operations.

Develop, maintain, and optimize scheduled and ad-hoc reports from EHR and other data sources. Query complex relational databases, validate results, modify and test reports, deploy reporting solutions, support end users, and partner with leadership on projects, trainings, and continuous improvement to deliver accurate, actionable data for organizational decision-making.
