Write and manage foundation grant strategy and proposals, research prospects, support field staff with proposal materials and reporting, and assist Advancement leadership. Participate in trainings and organizational processes, complete time tracking and expense reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the Director of Risk Management and department: scheduling, meeting prep, recordkeeping, invoice/expense support, data entry, backup coverage, tracking deadlines, coordinating events and communications, and serving as departmental liaison to staff, vendors, and stakeholders.

The internship program aims to develop leadership and business skills through practical experiences, fostering spiritual growth and community development.
