Manages budgets, schedules, pro formas, governance, licensure, accreditation, construction, vendors, and executive reporting. Directs clinic and ASC openings, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, develops the PMO methodology, allocates resources, and leads the project management team. Requires extensive multi-site capital project experience, healthcare facility development expertise, and board-level portfolio leadership.
