Use AMPscript, SQL, data extensions, and dynamic content to segment audiences, QA campaigns across devices, troubleshoot deliverability and rendering issues, and document processes. Partner with analytics and cross-functional teams to transition batch sends into scalable lifecycle automations and mentor junior team members.

Oversee and lead a team to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, optimize content, and enhance online visibility and revenue for e-commerce platforms.
