Supports and improves iron powder manufacturing processes to reduce costs, increase production, improve quality, and maintain safety. Troubleshoots equipment and process issues, develops FMEAs, coordinates equipment and contractor services, ensures quality guidelines, maintains inventory records, investigates incidents and complaints, and implements corrective actions. The role also trains production personnel, prepares engineering reports, and collaborates with Supply Chain and subcontractors.
