The Procurement Intern will assist in procurement documentation, vendor management, organization of files, vendor outreach, document proofing, and preparation of purchasing reports while gaining hands-on experience.

Provide functional and technical Yardi support to Housing and Finance teams, manage ledgers, permissions, TRACS/IMAX submissions, HAP preparation, reconciliations, HUD compliance, user training, reporting, and system troubleshooting. Coordinate property conversions and develop SOPs and policies.

The Chief Development Officer will lead KCDC's housing and redevelopment projects, from planning to execution, while guiding strategic financing initiatives and partnerships.
