The role provides coaching, conducts investigations, ensures multistate employment-law compliance, leads HR initiatives, and partners with leaders to address workforce needs. It requires strong relationship-building, judgment, communication, confidentiality, HRIS proficiency, and experience in operational or manufacturing environments.
