Oversee management and operations of multiple residential properties, drive revenue and net operating income, manage budgets and leasing, preserve assets, ensure resident satisfaction, mentor on-site teams, implement marketing and leasing strategies, and perform regular site visits to achieve financial and operational goals.

Lead and manage the Compliance Department for affordable housing programs, overseeing certifications, recertifications, file quality, SLA adherence, audits, and regulatory compliance (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, bonds). Coach and develop compliance staff, partner cross-functionally to meet occupancy and compliance goals, drive process improvements, and support reporting and corrective actions.

Manage day-to-day compliance operations for affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, tax-exempt bonds), lead and coach a centralized compliance team, ensure timely certifications and recertifications, perform quality assurance and audits, drive process improvements, support audits and reporting, and partner with operations, leasing, and asset management to meet occupancy and compliance goals.

Provide high-level administrative support to company executives including calendar and inbox management, travel booking, meeting coordination, document drafting/editing, expense coding/approval, database and task-board maintenance, and cross-team project support. Serve as executive liaison for household and development team coordination and ensure confidentiality and cyber-risk best practices.
