The Energy Audit Intern will assist in energy efficiency assessments, data collection, analysis, and report preparation for various building types, gaining practical experience in the field.

Manage dual credit/enrollment agreements and early college/career pathway initiatives. Build and maintain high school partnerships, oversee recruitment and matriculation, ensure compliance with accreditation and college policies, coordinate with campus offices, track data and reports, and support promotional and professional development efforts for dual credit teachers and students.

Provide part-time campus IT support: process helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot desktops/laptops, printers, projectors, document cameras, scanners, network/wireless and VoIP; assist faculty, staff, and students; perform equipment maintenance, moves, and occasional nights/weekends travel.

Support administration and compliance of benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs. Process enrollments, changes, LOA requests, payroll adjustments, vendor notices, and Workday tasks. Manage shared inbox, assist with audits, ACA/1095-C distribution, maintain documentation and carrier contacts, and ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage campus financial aid operations including FAFSA assistance, loan processing, verification, Federal Work-Study, scholarships, emergency aid, SAP appeals, special circumstances, outreach, compliance with FERPA and regulations, and supervision of financial aid staff.

Maintain and troubleshoot computers, networks, and lab hardware for instructional IT labs. Manage hardware/software inventory, image drives, configure racks and cabling, provide open lab supervision and tutoring, assist faculty with lab preparation, enforce usage policies, and produce lab usage reports.

Lead fundraising and donor relations to support students and campus priorities. Manage a portfolio of 75–150 donors, cultivate prospects, solicit major gifts and sponsorships, draft and track gift agreements, oversee scholarship and fund accounting, coordinate donor engagement and stewardship, and prepare donor-focused proposals.

Provide on-campus technical support to faculty, staff, and students: install and maintain lab computers, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage inventory, assist classroom resources and student IT clubs, support IT projects and competitions, peer tutor, and handle phones/visitors professionally.

Provide part-time on-campus testing support: proctor exams, answer phones, respond to customers, maintain testing center cleanliness and supplies, follow exam protocols, provide general office support, and complete required training. Must meet federal work-study eligibility and institutional enrollment/financial-aid requirements.

Support prospective and current CTE students through admissions, registration, financial aid, orientation, assessment, and business support. Handle escalated calls and SmartView tickets, assist with online platforms, advise on financial aid and billing issues, make referrals to campus resources, and ensure FERPA-compliant handling of student information.
