Define visual identity, oversee creative production and broadcast graphic systems, build multi-platform paid and organic marketing strategies, grow audience acquisition, manage budgets and measurement, develop senior creative and marketing leaders, partner with station and product teams, and champion talent-driven content and responsible AI integration to scale creative workflows and marketing performance.

Drive revenue by prospecting and converting new video advertisers through omnichannel campaigns combining broadcast, OTT/CTV, and digital platforms. Maintain a robust pipeline, conduct field meetings, collaborate with internal teams, manage campaigns, and deliver post-campaign recaps to optimize client ROI.

Support billing operations across multiple TV stations: reconcile daily linear and digital logs, identify and resolve discrepancies, execute electronic Wide Orbit billing, manage manual co-op/special billing, route customer billing inquiries, process payments and reconcile deposits, and collaborate with Sales, Traffic, Operations, and Collections.
