The HRIS Analyst will enhance Workday's functionality, provide user support, manage system integrations, and contribute to HR initiatives.

Supervise daily telecommunications team operations supporting the Contact Center and enterprise phone systems. The EDI & Payment Poster processes and posts payments from various sources, verifies and researches account information, and ensures proper filing of supplemental claims.

Coordinate scheduling of home health staff and services for ESP participants, communicating with staff, families, and vendors, while managing referrals and handling scheduling issues effectively.

Lead payroll for ~1,400 multi-state employees: manage bi-weekly processing, tax compliance, retirement contributions, reconciliations, Workday Payroll/Time system ownership, staff supervision, audits, and continuous process improvements.
