Manages university research and clinical trial contract portfolios from drafting and negotiation through closeout. Negotiates clinical research, sponsored research, federal, confidentiality, data use, collaboration, foundation, and subaward agreements; reviews budgets, intellectual property, publication, indemnification, and financial terms; advises faculty and administrators; coordinates OnCore clinical trial calendar builds; maintains contract records, compliance, policies, and reporting.

Advises senior academic leaders, manages strategic funds and Workday Finance/HCM processes, oversees financial operations, ensures consistent reporting, and identifies emerging financial issues. Coordinates with Central Finance and institutional stakeholders while supporting operational improvements and decision-making.

Provides HR partnership and guidance to an assigned university department on policies, benefits, compensation, employment law, employee relations, performance management, staffing, and talent processes. Manages Workday transactions, HR reporting, audits, dashboards, service cases, onboarding and offboarding, visa documentation coordination, and compliance activities. Partners with HR centers of expertise, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and unit leadership to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee management.
