Perform advanced crime and intelligence analysis, manage crime data lifecycles, develop and maintain databases, produce reports/charts/maps, support Clery Act compliance and interagency intelligence sharing, and generate leads from digital surveillance to aid police operations.

Lead strategy and operations for employee benefits across health, retirement, leave, and voluntary programs. Oversee a 15-person team, vendor management, compliance (ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/COBRA), budgeting, analytics, communications, and governance. Manage graduate program operations with the Graduate Chair: process applications, monitor student progress, run program surveys, and update course listings. Oversee undergraduate course logistics (exam printing/grading, textbook orders, special grade reports), support budgeting and Workday personnel/payroll entries, advise students and faculty, coordinate events and communications, and perform general administrative duties.

Oversee university recharge centers and SSFs for Uniform Guidance compliance, perform financial analysis and monitoring, coordinate audits, develop administrator training and communications, maintain internal controls, and deliver ad-hoc financial projects while providing customer-focused fiscal advisory to departments.

Administer and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, build and monitor journeys, manage email/SMS campaigns and integrations with Salesforce CRM, provide reporting and training, customize templates, and lead marketing automation projects to support recruiting, alumni, and business development objectives.

Validate and manage Form I-9 and E-Verify records for new hires and current employees, ensure compliance with federal regulations, coordinate onboarding paperwork, respond to departmental inquiries, maintain HR data and reports, and support audits and subpoenas.
