Provide high-level executive support to the CIO: manage complex calendar and travel, prepare executive communications and presentations, coordinate IT leadership governance and cross-functional projects, track priorities and budgets, and maintain confidential executive records while improving administrative processes and supporting organizational planning.

Lead administration of leave programs, workers' compensation, and accommodations across multiple states. Manage complex cases end-to-end, ensure legal compliance, coordinate with carriers and internal partners, maintain documentation in Workday, conduct audits, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements while serving as the primary subject-matter resource.

Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle: schedule interviews, manage candidate and team inboxes, administer background checks and drug screens, track onboarding readiness in Workday, liaise with Employee Health/IT/Credentialing, and support recruiting events and process improvements.
