Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for personnel, organizational events, conferences, and other travel requests. Book and ticket reservations, assist travelers with itineraries and documentation, resolve disruptions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with travel policies. The role requires coordination with travelers, internal stakeholders, and travel suppliers while providing responsive customer service and handling changing priorities.

Leads enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, including needs assessment, instructional design, facilitation, leadership training, e-learning, and blended programs. Oversees Workday Learning, Pathwright, and other learning systems, including assignments, reporting, completion tracking, and employee records. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts, coordinates training providers, analyzes outcomes, and improves programs using data and stakeholder feedback.

Build and maintain strategic, trust-based partnerships with Southern Baptist churches to increase prayer, generosity, and missionary sending. Create customized engagement plans, connect churches to missionaries and initiatives, manage CRM and communications, track outcomes, travel frequently for relationship-building, and collaborate with internal teams to mobilize resources for global missions.

Manage a portfolio of 75–150 major donors to cultivate long-term relationships and secure transformational gifts, including planned and deferred giving. Implement moves-management, maintain accurate CRM records, stay current on philanthropy and tax law, and meet an annual fundraising goal approaching or exceeding $3M. Travel 30–50% to engage constituents regionally.
