Lead design and delivery of HMIS user training across tri-county partners. Manage project scope, change management (Prosci/ADKAR), stakeholder communications, curriculum development, LMS administration, readiness metrics, and post-launch support to ensure data quality and HUD compliance.

Perform budget analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling to support county decision-makers. Partner with departments and community stakeholders, use performance metrics and data visualization to inform budget choices, produce clear reports and visuals, and improve budget processes and tools. Support labor cost projections and ad hoc fiscal analyses.

Manage complex capital improvement projects for bridges, including design, permitting, and construction. Requires leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.
