Support IT department projects and applications: assist with MS Project scheduling, track metrics, create documentation, ensure standards compliance, participate in QA and application testing, and update production plan targets.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for sheet metal and aluminum extrusion parts, focusing on stretch forming (various presses), heat treatment, tooling, NPI, process monitoring, cost reduction, and cross-functional coordination to move programs from prototype to full-rate production.

Serve as primary customer contact to process sales orders, resolve requests/complaints, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. Liaise with production, scheduling, shipping and purchasing, manage AOGs and short flows, use ERP and system reports to track orders, and proactively communicate status and solutions to customers while supporting continuous improvement and quality standards.
