Lead alumni engagement programs, communications and lifelong learning initiatives to strengthen alumni connections, advocacy, volunteering and philanthropy. Build cross-university partnerships, manage alumni data and insights to inform engagement strategies, coordinate events and stakeholder activities, and measure program impact to support the University's strategic priorities.

Manage procurement and contracting for major commodity groups or high-risk projects. Develop procurement strategies, lead cross-functional stakeholder teams, run end-to-end procurement processes (acquisition plans, market approaches, evaluations), negotiate and draft contracts, ensure governance, reporting, and contract handover. On-campus presence required.

Provide high-level executive and governance support to the Vice-Chancellor, coordinating executive reporting, briefings, committee papers and strategic initiatives. Lead the Office of the Vice-Chancellor administrative team, manage complex projects and priorities, foster a high-performing service culture, and liaise with senior leaders and external stakeholders to enable institutional decision-making.
