Lead the Security Operations Center team by managing staffing, schedules, assignments, monitoring ticket volume, and incident resolution. Coach and develop SOC analysts, coordinate responses to complex security events, escalate client concerns, maintain procedures and documentation, and translate emerging cybersecurity threats into actionable team guidance. Execute end-to-end infrastructure implementation projects for client environments, including Windows Server deployments, virtualization migrations, firewall configuration, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs. Work from project plans and statements of work, coordinate with project managers, communicate directly with clients, identify scope changes, perform remote and onsite delivery, and complete thorough project documentation and closeout activities.

Resolves complex Level 2 escalations involving networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, VoIP, Windows systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Provides advanced troubleshooting, collaborates on long-term solutions, maintains technical documentation, mentors junior staff, and supports maintenance or incidents outside normal hours.

Resolves complex Level 3 IT issues involving networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, VoIP, Windows systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Develops long-term solutions, maintains technical documentation, mentors junior support staff, communicates with clients, and performs maintenance or incident response outside normal hours when needed.

Manage client onboarding, renewals, price increases, executive business reviews, and ongoing relationships. Consult with SMB clients on IT objectives, roadmaps, and budgets while coordinating internal teams to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM documentation, facilitate escalations, engage executive decision-makers, and strengthen retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.

Manage client onboarding, renewals, price increases, executive business reviews, and the full client lifecycle. Build relationships with executive decision-makers, provide IT consultation, develop technology roadmaps and budgets, coordinate escalations, and identify mutually beneficial growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve retention, client satisfaction, and advocacy.
