Conducts proactive and responsive prospect research to evaluate donor capacity, affinity, and engagement. Develops research profiles, due diligence reports, briefings, prospect lists, and analytical materials supporting fundraising and stewardship. Maintains prospect records, analyzes wealth screening and institutional data, monitors relevant developments, and advises development staff on portfolio management and cultivation strategies. Also supports research tools, documentation, training, and process improvements while handling confidential information.

Leads Miami University’s 52-person Development organization and serves as Chief Development Officer of the Miami University Foundation. The role oversees campaign completion, post-campaign fundraising strategy, major- and principal-gift pipelines, talent development, organizational structure, donor and academic partnerships, and Foundation governance. Responsibilities include setting fundraising goals, using Slate and reporting data, supporting senior leaders and volunteers, presenting to the Foundation Board, and personally advancing significant gift opportunities. The position is based in Oxford, Ohio, with hybrid eligibility and regular travel.

Coordinates production, assembly, inventory, quality assurance, procurement, logistics, and distribution of OMA At-Home Kits. Manages schedules, workflows, records, budgets, policies, partnerships, and student employees while ensuring compliance with university policies, safety standards, and program expectations.

Develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs and community engagement initiatives; coordinates tours, outreach, and partnerships; creates interpretive materials; trains and manages docents, student educators, and volunteers; supports exhibitions, events, grant reporting, and marketing; tracks participation and engagement to inform planning for the museum's renovation and re-opening.

Supports grant-funded research in advanced manufacturing and workforce development. Responsibilities include testing XR/MR, AI, robotics, and manufacturing applications; setting up equipment; collecting participant and performance data; annotating computer-vision datasets; troubleshooting systems; developing immersive work instructions; integrating hardware and software; assisting with programming and robotics; and preparing technical documentation and research deliverables.

Provide complex administrative support for the Research and Innovation Office including overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, answering inquiries, producing reports and analyzing departmental data, assisting with budgets and fiscal tasks, and enforcing policies to ensure smooth workflow.

Lead development and execution of integrated internal communications and marketing strategies for OHRM and campus stakeholders. Serve as lead writer/editor for OHRM materials, manage web presence and vendors, collaborate with university communicators, and measure communications to support employee engagement, recruitment, and employer branding.

Develop and execute multi-channel content (web, email, social, multimedia) to support enrollment goals. Serve as liaison to admissions partners, manage project timelines in a PM system, produce/edit written and visual assets, use data to inform communication plans, and collaborate with designers, photographers, and web staff.

Manage operational activities for the Physician Associate Studies program including course scheduling, budget and contract coordination, admissions support, accreditation assistance, data analysis and reporting, faculty hiring support, student services, event planning, and supervision of staff and student workers.
