Serve as enterprise subject matter expert for membrane separation (RO/UF/NF/MF) across dairy operations. Lead design reviews, set standards, support capital projects, troubleshoot and optimize membrane performance, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive adoption of membrane system standards and improvements across the network.

Serve as enterprise technical authority for drying and membrane systems in dairy processing. Lead design, optimization, troubleshooting, vendor selection, standards creation, and capital project support for spray and other industrial dryers. Drive best practices for hygienic design, powder hazard mitigation, energy efficiency, and product quality. Partner with R&D, Operations, and Engineering to evaluate emerging technologies and enable new product capabilities across the manufacturing network.

Manage and implement sustainability initiatives across Agropur's dairy value chain through cross-functional collaboration. Support customer commitments, measure and report value-chain sustainability performance, build tools and metrics, develop business cases, and advise senior leadership while partnering with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams.

Prepare, review, and manage international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, export/import declarations). Ensure compliance with trade regulations, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers, support customs clearance, maintain records for audits, and improve documentation processes. Collaborate with logistics, customer service, finance, and trade compliance teams.

Support marketing team with project coordination (product launches, packaging, shopper marketing), manage data (GS1, MDM), handle packaging approvals and samples, process purchase orders and invoices, update portfolio tools, and assist budget reconciliation and marketing activations.

Lead and execute site-wide operational training for manufacturing, operationalize the local Education & Training roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams on Health & Safety, Quality, and Compliance training, analyze and optimize training effectiveness, deploy digital learning tools, build and coach a local training team, and drive continuous improvement in operator skills and standard work.

Lead supply planning across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites, converting forecasts into executable production and material plans. Own IBP/SIOP reviews, capacity planning, inventory optimization, KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and people leadership to align production, purchasing, and finance.

Provide whey protein nutrition and technical support for international markets, serving as a liaison between US technical teams and regional sales. Develop application prototypes, support customer visits and trade shows, create presentation and marketing content, run application testing and quality optimization, interpret experimental and commercial data, and identify business development opportunities for Agropur dairy ingredients.
