Provide administrative support for the Bequests team, including document collection and imaging, correspondence management, scheduling, research of estate-related records, invoice and expense processing, financial/check log maintenance, and coordination with fiduciaries, attorneys, banks, and internal partners. Support special projects and provide additional administrative assistance to Legal teammates.

Provide administrative and research support for bequests from trusts, estates, and beneficiary designations. Create and maintain physical and electronic bequest files; perform asset and document research; prepare reports, financial/check logs, and communications; maintain databases (Salesforce Lightning); assist with special projects and calendar management.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), integrations, data migrations, and Communities/Portal. Ensure data quality, support operations, manage multiple projects, implement best practices, evaluate AppExchange/SSO solutions, and mentor the team.

Designs and executes manual test cases, documents procedures, analyzes test results, identifies and reports defects, and recommends system improvements. Supports end-to-end and performance testing, maintains test data integrity, mentors peers, updates ITSM knowledge, and communicates test status to stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality software releases.

Lead and manage a team of VA-accredited service officers to identify and file DoD and VA benefits claims, maintain an active caseload (~33%), provide training/coaching, manage budget and performance, build partnerships, report outcomes, and represent WWP publicly.

Provide in-house legal counsel across contracting, compliance, IP, privacy, data security, and technology governance. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, modernize legal operations and contracting workflows, advise on regulatory matters, prepare policies and legal memos, identify and mitigate legal risks, and support training under the Assistant General Counsel's supervision.

Lead regional Warriors to Work teams to deliver career transition services, build employer partnerships, drive program outcomes, standardize delivery, manage budgets, train staff, and travel to support regional offices and events.

Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chief Program Officer: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and materials, conduct research, triage communications, support long-range planning and programmatic budget coordination, and serve as liaison to senior leaders and external partners to enhance organizational alignment.
