Develops and executes public and media relations strategies, writes and edits print and digital content, manages publications and website support, produces communication materials across mediums, and supports photography/videography and digital media for the School of Veterinary Medicine while collaborating with advancement, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners.

Provide escalated desktop and service desk support for library users; supervise and train student help-desk staff; administer service desk tools, Windows and macOS environments; coordinate system upgrades, integrations, automation, and asset tracking to improve inventory workflows and data accuracy; act as liaison to stakeholders and mentor team members.

Operate and maintain college-wide research and administrative servers, perform bare-metal builds, manage procurements and server-room hardware, integrate identities and vendor APIs, troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues, implement automated patching and vulnerability management, and support small-to-medium technical projects and stakeholder communications to ensure reliable infrastructure.
