Lead process improvement and ERP reporting initiatives for Workday and related systems. Coordinate and deliver programs that support military-connected students and broader student belonging initiatives. Manage logistics, schedules, reporting, communications, and events; develop and run new and existing programming; collaborate with University Veteran Services, Student Affairs units, and campus/community partners; serve as a subject matter resource and produce outcome reports and marketing content.

Perform financial planning and analysis for WIDA: collect, analyze, monitor, and forecast financial data; prepare reports and GL entries; support budgets, automated financial systems, procurement, invoicing, and serve as finance SME and business partner to department leadership.

Provide administrative support to GI/Hepatology faculty and APPs including scheduling, meeting and travel logistics, fiscal tasks (reimbursements, requisitions, procurement), maintaining CVs/NIH biosketches, recordkeeping, managing communications, and serving as first point of contact. Requires confidentiality, organization, and independent problem-solving in an academic healthcare environment.

Manage UW-Madisonexport control compliance program: perform export determinations and risk assessments, develop mitigation (Technology Control Plans), create policies and workflows, advise faculty/staff, oversee compliance implementation, and lead outreach and training to ensure adherence to EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and research security requirements.

The position involves teaching and developing curricula in music technology and AI, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to program administration.
